Todd M. Powers

Of Counsel

Mr. Powers has extensive experience in a broad range of admiralty and maritime matters representing the interests of ship owners, licensed personnel and insurers for over 30 years. He also has extensive experience litigating medical malpractice, wrongful death and serious personal injury cases. He is licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia, but has handled cases throughout the Midwest and has an active trial practice in federal and state courts in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Missouri.

Mr. Powers has been recognized as a Super Lawyer and as one of the Best Lawyers in America in Admiralty and Maritime Law and Medical Malpractice from 2012 through 2023. Voted the 2023 U.S. News “Lawyer of the Year” for Medical Malpractice Law for Plaintiffs in Cincinnati.
