Mr. Barbiere has extensive litigation experience primarily in commercial, civil rights, zoning and land use, intentional torts, premises liability, personal injury, and employment law. He has spoken at numerous seminars on issues related to civil rights and municipal liability. Mr. Barbiere he has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. He serves as Assistant Law Director for Fairfield Township, Butler County, Ohio and as Law Director for Colerain Township, Hamilton County, Ohio and has extensive experience with economic development and design build projects.
